AmavaTech Limited Warranty
- AmavaTech warrants equipment supplied to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for a period of twelve (12) months from the original invoice date.
- Upon return of the equipment, with transportation paid by the client, AmavaTech will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any parts it determines to be defective in material or workmanship, and return the repaired equipment to the client, F.O.B.
- AmavaTech shall have no obligation to repair equipment, or replace parts, that have been repaired by others, misused, improperly installed, altered, or damaged in any manner.
- AmavaTech will not be responsible for the un-installation or reinstallation of the equipment at the client’s location, nor for any charges associated therefor.
- Unless found guilty of gross negligence or willful misconduct by a court of law, AmavaTech shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the client for using AmavaTech equipment.
- AmavaTech will not be liable for any losses incurred in connection with any rescission of this agreement by the client.
- This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
