Phase 3 : INSTALLATION/INTEGRATION
Every installation/integration is carefully planned by taking our customer’s production schedules, business processes and/or project program into consideration and finding the best possible time and way to do the integration.
Phase 4 : COMMISSIONING
Once a system or piece of equipment has been installed or integrated, we work closely with our customer during the commissioning of the system to ensure compliance with the User Requirement Specification. If required, we will train staff to operate the system/equipment.
Phase 5 : SUPPORT
We maintain 100% customer satisfaction by responding to our customer’s after-sales needs as efficiently as possible. We also offer Service Level Agreements if ongoing support is required.
